1. What is Live Chat? Live Chat is a service where you can chat online with one of our Customer Service Representatives. You can access Live Chat from the green bar at the bottom right of your screen. *Live Chat will be unavailable if all of our representatives are busy or it's outside our operating hours. 2. When are Live Chat hours? Monday – Friday: 08:00AM – 05:00 PM EDT

 

3. What can I do if an agent is not available? Please contact us at 888-879-3426. You can also use the form in the Live Chat window to send a message to us. We will respond to you as soon as we can.

 

4. Why am I getting an invitaton to chat? We want to make sure you're having a good experience on our website. If you're on a page for a certain amount of time, we may offer an invitation to chat so we can answer any questions you may have.
