MECHANIC / TECHNICIAN (Southern NJ Location)

We provide comprehensive training, above-average pay and excellent benefits.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • Successful completion of  technical school and/or military training program in relevant area.
  • Experience repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment will  be considered in lieu of technical school degree
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Must satisfactorily complete written mechanical aptitude test


  • Perform  preventative maintenance and repairs on company-owned and customer equipment
  • Systematically diagnose equipment malfunctions to pinpoint problem and resolve issues
  • Maintain a safe, clean, productive and work area
  • Record labor times via computer and log maintenance performed on work orders

BRANCH MANAGER (Southern NJ Location)

As a Branch Manager, you’ll operate as a business leader and be responsible for coaching and building your team in a profit and loss environment. You determine the success of your branch by recruiting top talent with the ability to forecast staffing needs. In this role you will inspire, model and motivate through coaching and training to achieve a superior customer experience. The Branch Manager prioritizes, manages, and communicates promotional campaigns and product initiatives. We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities for our Southern NJ location. The Inside Sales Associate will assist customers with both sales and rental transactions. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

No weekends, no evenings.

Job Description:  

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value.
  • Process quotes, sales orders, and rental orders.
  • Have product knowledge for the items we sell.
  • Answer customer questions and concerns.
  • Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons.
  • Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, coupon deals, etc.
  • Process returns and exchanges.
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner. 
  • Process and monitor "will call" and special orders and notify customers.
  • Responsible for maintaining store appearance.
  • Assist customers with loading.
  • You will be trained and tested on computer proficiency and product knowledge.

RENTAL YARD ASSOCIATE (Philadelphia and Southern NJ Locations)

A Yard Associate maintains the cleanliness of the rental yard and keeps the equipment organized to minimize customer wait time. This position assists customers with equipment check-in, check-out and basic operation knowledge.

This is a great way to get your foot in the door at our company. Employees who are in this position have moved into sales, warehouse, management and other jobs within the company.


•    Oversees all activity in the yard area and ensures organization and order at all time

•    Ensures that customers pick-up and drop off equipment as per the contract

•    Ensures all equipment is secured prior to leaving

•    Communicate with immediate manager and counter personnel on damages or missing parts upon return of equipment

•    Check fuel levels and metered hours on equipment upon check in for billing purpose

•    Stage and clean up equipment for delivery

•    Ensures all equipment is properly tagged and has required key

•    Operates all equipment safely

•   Performs basic maintenance on various construction equipment

•    Utilizes applicable PPE

•    Report safety violations to supervisor

•    Other duties as assigned by management


Essential Skills & Experience:

•    Time management skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•    Must be customer service oriented

•    Must have strong listening and problem solving skills

•    Strong team player with the ability to work independently as needed

•    Valid State issued driver’s license

  • Keep vehicle clean and well maintained.

  • Work in all weather conditions.


  • Prefer prior experience with equipment hauling.

  • High school degree or equivalent.

  • Ability to operate a forklift.

  • Valid state Class A Driver’s License.

  • Demonstrate ability to maintain excellent attendance and customer service.

  • Ability to lift at least 100 pounds.

  • Able to operate and transport equipment used in our business.

  • Able to secure loads and transport safely.
