Reliable Performance. Even Under the Most Severe Installation Conditions. Ready-to-use, ceramic-filled epoxy formulated for high-strength anchoring in solid concrete and hollow masonry.

Fast Curing Epoxy for All Conditions
The hardner and resin are completely mixed as they are dispensed from the dual cartridge through a static mixing nozzle. The pre-mixed adhesive is injected directly into the anchor hole. C6 can be used with threaded rod or rebar.

Advantages

  • 1 hour cure time (see below)
  • Works in damp holes and underwater applications
  • Minimum shrinkage — can be used in oversized holes and diamond cored holes
  • High heat deflection temperature: 140°F (ASTM D648)
  • One formula for both solid and hollow base materials
  • NSF standard 61 certified for drinking water systems
  • Extensively tested — earthquake, underwater, creep, freeze-thaw, radiation, fire, fatigue, electrical isolation, ozone and many more test programs have been conducted on C6
  • Extensive use — C6 has been used on projects all over the world for almost 20 years.

CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE
The static mixer nozzle folds the hardener and resin together 262,000 times. The patented metering system provides a proper 1:1 ratio mix.

3 YEAR SHELF LIFE
No product deterioration, components remain stable and separate until they enter the nozzle.

TREMENDOUS HOLDING POWER
No breakdown of bond over time; holding strength actually increases with time.

MINIMAL SHRINKAGE
Allows for variations in hole diameter.

MINIMUM DEFLECTION UNDER LOAD SAFE
Contains no styrenes or chemical solvents.

200°F FLASH POINT
Ceramic 6 Epoxy is not a fire hazard.

EXCELLENT DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE
Epcon system anchors have excellent vibration resistance.

FAST INSTALLATION
In as little as seven minutes Ceramic 6 Epoxy sets up, and anchors can be loaded in an hour at room temperature.
