Course covers mandatory instruction required by
OSHA 1926.50(c). This course can cover any of
the given topics and is designed around the
company’s needs and training is fitted to the
student to enhance the individual’s self-worth to the
company and the community. Our instructors are
also authorized to teach the American Red Cross
and American Heart Association courses. Certified
through MEDIC First Aid, National Safety Council
& American Safety and Health Institution. Life
saving skills, explained during the scenarios, feature
methods that replicate real life situations on and off
the job. Training may include:
u Proper response to blood & bodily fluids
u Use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
u Administration of First Aid / CPR on scaffolding
and other areas
Recognition & response to situations such as:
u Electrocutions
u Drug overdose
Basic Respiratory Personal Protective u Heat-related illnesses
