Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours via our trucking system (in Eastern PA, NJ, DE, and MD), UPS ground, or FedEx. For larger heavier freight, outside of our normal four state area, we ship via common carrier either directly from us or the manufacturer. When your order is placed the delivery method and cost will be determined at time of shipping. If you have a delivery method preference or would like to know the shipping cost before the order ships, please let us know at time of order entry either over the net or by phone to inside sales and customer service. Sales tax is charged for PA, NJ, MD, and NY.

Returns

All returns must be approved and issued a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number before sending back to Diamond Tool. Special non-stock factory orders may be ineligible or carry a restocking charge of up to 20% plus the freight charges.

Returns must be applied for within 7 days and when accepted must be returned in original factory containers complete with all original documentation including owners manuals, the Diamond Tool packing slip, warranty cards, and the RGA #.
